Russian and other hostile sites were strategically placed everywhere they could be near Hillary Clinton's server. That's so botnet viruses can trickle in the back door, through flaws in Apache Tomcat routers among others. The entirety of Cloudflare's "safehouse" for the American progressive community is flooded with them. Every site. Remember that they offered us homes there? It was called Project Galileo. Before this, they were doing Project Honeypot. I believe they still are.
